• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (Monday through Friday) are generally handled the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched Monday through Thursday only, so they are not left in transit over the weekend.

Damaged, Lost, or Compromised Shipments

• Perishable Items: If a perishable item arrives compromised, spoiled, or damaged due to shipping delays, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement right away.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking shows delivery but the package has not arrived, or if items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
